Had a disappointing start when we arrived with our baby stroller and were told we had to pay extra for our child, but overall, our stay at Civico 7 was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checkout. The old lift added character to the stay. Despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is right in the centre of Napoli, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. And with it being located right next to the metro station, getting around is a breeze. Plus, being close to the port means easy access to ferries and day trips. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, with attention to detail and a genuine desire to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are cozy with softer and warmer lighting, and it's a bonus to have a proper hairdryer available. I especially loved the balcony, which provided a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. And lastly, breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
